Overview

Product Traceability

The Gap

Companies increasingly face pressure to demonstrate product traceability and address supply chain risks, yet most still operate with partial visibility across tiers. Data remains siloed, supplier disclosures are inconsistent, and legacy systems cannot track environmental, social, or operational risks in real time. As a result, organizations struggle to meet regulatory requirements, anticipate disruptions, and provide credible proof of sustainability claims

My Methodology

I use a structured approach that combines data integration, risk mapping, and technology enablement. I start by assessing the current traceability landscape across all tiers, identifying blind spots, and aligning stakeholders on critical risk indicators. I then help organizations deploy digital tools—such as IoT tracking, blockchain-based traceability, lifecycle assessment solutions, supplier data platforms, and predictive analytics—to monitor product flows and risk exposure. I advice on make or buy approach. The objective is measurable: strengthen compliance, reduce operational vulnerabilities, and build transparent, resilient supply chains.

Green IT

The Gap

Most organizations acknowledge the need to reduce the environmental footprint of their digital operations, yet few have a clear view of their true impact. The gap lies between intention and measurement: fragmented data, immature governance, and limited alignment between IT, sustainability teams, and business units prevent companies from turning commitments into actionable reductions.

My Methodology

I apply a structured, evidence-based approach to Green IT. It begins with assessing digital emissions across infrastructure, applications, and usage patterns, followed by identifying high-leverage interventions— artificial intelligence, cloud migration, architecture optimization, energy-efficient design, and responsible data practices. I work cross-functionally with IT, sustainability, and operational teams to translate technical levers into measurable decarbonization outcomes and long-term governance

Green Start Up Mentoring

The Gap

Green startups often have strong technical innovation but lack the commercial structure to convert it into scalable impact. Teams struggle to articulate value to enterprises, navigate complex buying cycles, or position climate benefits in terms decision-makers understand. The result is a disconnect between promising solutions and real market traction.

My Methodology

I coach customer facing teams of green start ups using a consultative selling approach grounded in clarity, evidence, and customer alignment. I help teams define their value proposition, map enterprise stakeholders, qualify opportunities, and translate environmental benefits into operational and financial outcomes. The process combines messaging refinement, deal-structuring guidance, and hands-on pipeline review. The goal is consistent: accelerate commercial adoption and strengthen each startup’s ability to sell climate solutions effectively.
